To Support & Enhance the Development of Mississippi Rural Communities.

To provide services and assistance for rural development in the State of Mississippi.

Provide financial management training to prospective homeowners who currently reside in apartments or low-income housing.

While working with individuals, MCORD will also work hand in hand with agencies established to assist with economic development.
